Portrait inspired from a very nice painting..

Did some portrait today after a long time.
This is inspired from a very nice painting that I had found once on conceptart.org forum. I really don't recognize the name of artist, but this is completely inspired from that painting.
However, I couldn't get her expressions right..:D
